The Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce Business Development Committee seeks to strengthen the vitality of the business community in Manhattan Beach. Our mission is to enhance the educational experience of Manhattan Beach Unified School District’s 6th thru 12th grade students by connecting academics, business and community to promote real world learning, support partnerships, and encourage and celebrate educational excellence in our schools.

LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY COUNCIL
The Legislative Advocacy Council provides you with the opportunity to analyze issues, assess alternatives, and share your findings with those who can make a difference, the public officials who represent Manhattan Beach at the local, state and federal levels. Consider all sides of key issues with individuals whose opinions you respect. Share your opinion with the board, who may adopt a formal position for the entire organization. This team also deals with the educational issues in our community.

MANHATTAN BEACH YOUNG PROFESSIONALS
The Manhattan Beach Young Professionals group meets regularly at different venues to develop business connections, connect with the community, to connect with one another and network.
